Abstract
Personality is a characteristic and behavior of a person that distinguishes a person from other people. There are several personality theories that are commonly used to determine a person's personality. One of the popular theories and still being developed is the Hippocrates-Galenus theory. According to this theory, there are four personality types for a person, which come from the four essential fluids in the human body. An understanding of student's personality in the learning process for teacher is very important to support the process of delivering material in the classroom. Not a few teacher who do not understand the personality of student in the process of teaching then the learning is being carried out will not attract students in the receive knowledge transfer process. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the personality of students to support the learning process using certainty factor methods. The certainty factor method deals with fact-based events, where the source of the facts comes from experts and assumed to be in the form of value. Based on test cases the results accuracy level obtained the test results of an rate accuracy of 63%. Keyword: The Personality of Students, Hipocrates-Galenus, Certainty factor
