Abstract
PT. Qumicon Indonesia is one of several companies in Indonesia that is engaged in the manufacturing or production and sales of Traffic Signaling Equipment (TSE) located in Yogyakarta. Some of the products manufactured by PT. Qumicon Indonesia is a product for the needs of markers, traffic signs, solar street lighting, traffic light, portable test equipment, and level crossing early warning tools. The availability of raw materials is very important because it affects the fluency running of production activities. Raw material inventory is influenced by the number of finished products to be produced. Calculation of the amount of raw materials that must be provided is carried out with careful consideration, this is expected to determine the exact raw material requirements so that there is no excess or shortage of raw materials. In determining the number of overtime hours that still use the manual method by only looking at the data on the number of goods produced (output) it effects in an inappropriate number of overtime hours, the number of unstable goods in the warehouse and causes inefficient management of production data. Therefore, as a problem-solving solution, the author makes a program application that can help the performance process more quickly and effectively. The process carried out is to re-evaluate the amount of overtime by calculating the number of requests from buyers, inventory and the number of goods produced (output). These three variables are used to know the number of overtime hours that must be done to cover requests from buyers in one working day. The method that used in this system is to use the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. This method was chosen because it has IF-THEN form rules which are presented in a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. As a result the referenced output of each rule is given based on the predicate. The result of this research is the Management System for the Amount of OverTime in the Production Process of Goods at PT. Qumicon Indonesia, Special Region of Yogyakarta uses the PHP programming language, MySQL DBMS software as a data storage medium, and the tools that used are Visual Studio Code. Which this system can be more easily implemented and produces information that is faster, precise, and accurate.
