Abstract
The Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Service of Sleman Regency has problems in managing its employees, the problems in question are recording employee absences, calculating employee tardiness, registering all employees, determining employees who will retire, managing employee activity data, and managing employee leave data. Not a few employees disagree over the less than optimal calculations carried out by the agency, on the other hand the agency also feels that the management system applied is also not optimal because it still uses manual methods such as data collection that still uses books and one of the applications on the computer, namely excel. The purpose of creating a website-based management system is to make it easier for agencies to manage their employees, therefore the way to achieve this planned goal is to create a website-based employee management information system, later agencies and employees can use the web with the internet to use it as well as possible. possibly in getting the job done. Based on the results of the questionnaire data obtained, namely getting an average percentage of 89% of each respondent and the level of effectiveness of the system made based on the comparison of the efficiency of time before using the system and after using the system obtained, it can be concluded that the web-based employee management system that has been designed can be assisting the Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Office of Sleman Regency.
