Abstract
The process of processing inventory data at UPT Puskesmas Banyuasin has used computer assistance in recording data, but there are several problems that are often faced, namely warehouse employees having difficulty knowing what stock of goods will or have run out due to the large amount of data available. Every day, warehouse employees have to check one by one what items are going to be or have run out, so it takes a long time. The purpose of this research is to build a real time inventory monitoring system at Banyuasin Health Center so that warehouse employees have no difficulty knowing what stock of goods will or have run out and do not have to check one by one every day which takes a long time. The system is built using the Web programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The system analysis used is the waterfall method, testing using the blackbox testing method, notification response speed, and user acceptance. The result obtained is that it is easy to find out what stock of items will or have run out and you do not have to check one by one every day because there is a notification. Checking data on goods will not take a long time. Testing the notification response speed with the stopwatch tool as many as 20 experiments with a standard maximum response limit of one second resulted in the highest response speed = 0.58 seconds, the lowest = 0.82 seconds, and an average = 0.676 seconds, so that the system created by the author entered in the real time system category. The results of user acceptance testing, the system created by the author is appropriate and in accordance with user needs.
