Abstract
Some of the service systems at Banyuasin Puskesmas already use computers (Microsoft Excel), but a lot of recording is done in the main book. Because there is no integrated system and data recording is carried out by different officers, so there are some unclear data recording. This resulted in difficulties for employees in making reports and reading the results of examinations, the time for making reports was long, and the results of the reports were less than optimal. Patients often lose their drug prescriptions and payment receipts so that patients can’t take medicines. Inconsistency between patient data at the time of enrollment with patient data in the next service process. The purpose of this research is the realization of a web-based outpatient data management system at Banyuasin Health Center. So that it can make it easier for employees in making reports and reading examination results, patients don’t lose drug prescriptions and payment receipts, consistency of patient data can be maintained, and making monthly reports is faster and maximum. In making the system, the authors use the PHP programming language, MySQL Database Management System (DBMS), Visual Studio Code text editor, CodeIgniter framework, system analysis using the waterfall method, and system testing using the blackbox testing method. The system built produces patient medical record data, drug prescriptions, drug labels, payment receipts, medical cards, laboratory results, monthly reports, statistical data features and notifications. The system built is able to reduce errors in reading examination results, reduce the incidence of patients losing drug prescriptions and payment receipts, reduce inconsistency of patient data during the health service process, and can also speed up and simplify employees in making reports.
