Abstract

Softdrinks are very interested in the circles of life. Softdrink is usually consumed by many people. In addition, soft drinks are also usually served at celebrations such as weddings, circumcisions, etc. as is the case in some northern Pati cities that use bottled drinks to be served to invited guests in attendance. One of the providers of soft drink stock in the village is Sahri Jaya Agent. Point of Sale (POS) transaction application is an application system consisting of hardware and software that is designed according to the needs and can be integrated with various supporting tools in order to help speed up the transaction process. The POS system that is designed includes the sale and transactions, as well as the goods and stock management processes, as well as reports that are the needs of the Agent. Dynamic Software Development Method (DSDM) is a method used in developing POS systems, where there are project management activities, as well as for building and maintaining systems through the use of incremental prototyping in a conditioned environment. DSDM seeks to overcome the causes of project failure, including overspending, being behind schedule, lack of user involvement, and weak commitment from leaders. The trial process is an activity that greatly supports the success of the development of this system, because user involvement is very decisive. With the development of this system, it can improve performance on Sahri Jaya Agencies. Keywords: POS system, softdrink, DSDM.
