Abstract

Kusuma Jaya Batik is a company engaged in the sale of batik clothing products such as batik shirts, dresses and fabrics. With the increasing development of the company, Kusuma Jaya Batik is now one of the most developed batik clothing stores. More than thousands of sales transactions are recorded every year so that the company is required to be able to provide ordering services for consumers to support sales transactions and better services. The system development method used is Prototype. The tools used to describe the system model are data flow diagrams (FlowMap), context diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), as well as in database design using a data dictionary, normalization, and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). To implement this sales and ordering information system, support components are needed in order to work properly. These components include using the PHP programming language and for data storage using the MySQL database. This design is expected to help and overcome existing problems so that it can benefit the company. With this information system, it is hoped that it can make it easier for the Kusuma Jaya Batik company to promote the batik products offered and make it easier to carry out online sales transactions so that orders can be made anytime and anywhere safely and can simplify data processing and reports..
