Abstract
ABSTRACT Global Madani Primary Health Vocational High School, located in Central Lampung district, is one of the schools that uses conventional learning methods, and the provision of material can only be done on the condition that a meeting between students and teachers occurs in the classroom. So we need a new system that can support teaching and learning activities and online discussion forums. The system built is a web-based online learning information system (e-learning) where in this system there are features for distributing material and assignments so that it is hoped that it can make it easier for teachers and students to conduct online learning discussions that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. For further development of this system, the authors suggest adding features that are not yet available in this learning system such as video streaming, online exam forums, and assessments. This information system is created using the PHP programming language assisted by Sublime Text 3 as the editor and MySQL as the database storage.
