Abstract
ABSTRACT The Gunungsari Village Office is a government agency located in Dukuh Banaran, Gunungsari Village, Bawang District, Batang Regency, where the Gunungsari Village Office is the initial foundation in providing services to the community regarding population data collection. Archival data processing is a major activity carried out in the field of management and the Gunungsari village office. The ongoing system provides less than optimal service because officers have to record archival data on documents, mistakes often occur in the management of archived data, as well as damage and loss of data due to existing storage media only in the form of documents. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based archive management information system. The result that will be obtained in this research is the making of this web-based archive application is able to simplify the recording process and minimize the errors in archival input and decisions made by the institution are of higher quality because they are supported by accurate and accurate archival reports. .
