Abstract
ABSTRACT Dimention Cleaning is a laundry service company that focuses on washing shoes and bags. There are also several problems such as the need to deal with such as recording transaction data and material services that are still done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new Information System to solve every problem in Dimention Cleaning, namely a web-based information system that has been adjusted to the interests of the functional requirements for the previous system. The design of this system aims to make it easier for customers when doing Shoe and Bag Washing. Information on the availability of types of laundry will be immediately visible to customers without having to ask employees or come directly to outlets. The wash report will be logged into the system, so the owner does not have to come to the outlet to view the report. The owner can choose the time period for the report to be viewed. This system was built using the waterfall system development method. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study. As analysis and design tools used are context diagrams, level diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The supporting software used is Visual Code Study as a text editor, Apache as a web server, and SQLyog as a MySQL database administration tool. The development of this system uses the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as a database. The results of this study can be concluded that the construction of this system is expected to be used to help solve any problems faced by Dimention Cleaning. Therefore, this laundry service can be more effective and can make it easier for customers to wash shoes and bags and can assist employees in managing customer data, washing, and can make it easier for owners to check washing reports.
