Abstract
ABSTRACT Boarding house is a service that offers a room or a place to live in with a payment amount that has been determined by the owner. Boarding house is one of the most developed property businesses today, especially in the Yogyakarta area, where Yogyakarta is famous for its student city. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with developing the rental information system, in which prospective boarding houses can get complete information. The results showed that in data processing boarding room tenants still used conventional methods, making it difficult for boarding house managers to find out customer data and boarding room payment data. Therefore a website-based information system was developed so that later the system can make it easier for tenants and boarding managers to promote boarding rooms that will be rented on the website quickly and practically. This website-based information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. The information system that will be displayed is in the form of room availability data, room facilities, tenant data and room payment data. Keywords: Rental Information Systems, Website
