Abstract
ABSTRACT Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 3 Godean is an institution engaged in education. Currently, the recording of violations at SMP Negeri 3 Godean is still using conventional methods. Each violation is written in a book by the counseling guidance teacher and recapitulated in Microsoft Excel to be printed as a report. This is of course prone to data recording errors and easy data loss. This study aims to design a counseling guidance information system that will facilitate the recording of violations for counseling guidance teachers. This counseling guidance system was built using the waterfall method and the programming language PHP, MySQL. The counseling guidance information system has features for users, among others, admins to manage master data, teachers, and counseling guidance teachers.
