Abstract
Telaga Futsal is a place for futsal field rental service providers, which requires an information system in the delivery of information on field rental prices and information about fields that have been ordered or that have not been ordered. Therefore, a futsal field rental information system will be created so that rental transactions do not have to be carried out directly at the location or through sending messages via Line as the system is currently running. Making this system starts from identifying system requirements including context diagrams, DFD (Data Flow Diagrams) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams). The programming language used in making this system is PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor), for the text editor application in writing code, namely Sublime Text 3 and the database server used is MySQL. It is hoped that this futsal field rental information system can be used by customers or prospective tenants in ordering the field so that they do not need to come directly to the location or send messages via Line.
