Abstract
Yogyakarta Special Region is a city of students where there are so many students who are there to study. Every year, the city of Yogyakarta always graduates hundreds to thousands of students from various regions throughout Indonesia and most of the graduates are many students or can be called scholars, choosing to return to their hometown or can be said to be non-resident. This means that scholars have to leave their residence in Yogyakarta. Most of the scholars during their studies chose the boarding house as their place of residence. Before they return to their hometowns, they prefer to sell their goods either in person or online. On the one hand, the city of Yogyakata every year also accepts many new students from various outside the region. These new students certainly need to meet the needs of their boarding houses and they also want cheaper and more affordable prices for goods. From this problem, a marketplace system was created that specifically sells used boarding goods based on websites to make it easier for buyers and sellers to get and market their products and make it easier for buyers to get goods at more affordable prices. This marketplace system is expected to be able to handle these problems. One of them is to make it easier for buyers to find and get their used boarding goods needs more easily, quickly, prices according to the pocket and reliably.
