Abstract
ABSTRACT PT Bimaco Multi Agriprima is an agency located in Triharjo, Sleman Regency, which is engaged in the processing of environmentally friendly fertilizers and pesticides. The company is still implementing a manual COGS calculation system, namely by using notes in the production agenda book and calculating with a calculator. The slow process of manual calculations can result in ineffectiveness and inaccuracy in calculating COGS. The purpose of this study was to determine the HPP (Product Cost) of fertilizers and pesticides to assist in data collection, production costs, reporting and as a reference for decision making by management. The method used to determine COGS is the Cost-Plus Pricing method with the full costing approach. The method of data collection and software development used in this study is the Waterfall method. The design of this system is built using the PHP and HTML programming languages, while the database processing uses MySQL. The result of this research is a system to determine the HPP (Cost of Product) of fertilizers and pesticides in bottles and sachets. In addition, this system can also assist in data collection of production costs and report preparation at PT Bimaco Multi Agriprima. The conclusion from this research is that there is a difference in product prices in the system with manual calculations used by the factory with an accuracy of 99.725%, meaning that the system calculation is accurate enough to approach the factory price.
