Abstract
Human Resources (HR) processing in a business unit is one aspect that affects employee performance. One of the things to cultivate Human Resources (HR) to improve employee performance is the selection of the best employees. The Majelis At-turots Al-Islamy Foundation has several business units including, building shops, welding workshops, guesthouses, photocopying, self-service and laundry (washing houses). At this time the At-Turots Foundation is still not optimal in the implementation of selecting the best employees. This is due to the absence of a system that can process and assist in the selection of the best employee decision-making. These constraints result in whether or not the employee is selected as the best employee. This study aims to determine the assessment procedures and selection of the best employees based on the criteria of the business unit, including leadership, attendance, personality, discipline, work results, loyalty and teamwork. This best employee selection system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system was developed using PHP (Hypertext Processor) as a programming language and MySQL as the database server. This system can facilitate decision making based on priorities with the alternatives and criteria provided. The information generated by this system can display the ranking and its final value. This system can generate the reports needed by the admin to be submitted to the manager as the best employee decision support.
