Abstract
ABSTRACT SMK Pancasila 7 Pracimantoro is one of the agencies engaged in education. In the development of SMK Pancasila 7 Pracimantoro, alumni have a very important role because the success of an educational institution is also judged by the quality of the alumni produced. The use of information technology is expected to improve the quality of education, improve school administration, such as in collecting school alumni data. SMK Pancasila 7 Pracimantoro requires an information system to support and facilitate alumni data collection. The development of the proposed system was carried out in two stages, namely, the data collection methodology stage consisting of interviews and field studies, and the next stage to be carried out was software development using the Waterfall method which included the stages of analysis, design, and implementation. The application is built on a web basis using the PHP program, with a database using MySQL. The purpose of this research is that a system can make it easier for agencies to exchange information with alumni related to job vacancies and events, make it easier for job providers to provide job vacancies and make it easier for alumni to obtain information related to job vacancies, events, and information about other alumni and make it easier alumni in getting job vacancy services.
