Abstract
ABSTRACT Computer technology is currently a primary need for humans in meeting their information needs. One of the information technology tools is the internet, which is an unlimited global online network that provides various types of information. Miftahussalam Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution in Yogyakarta. As time went on, the Miftahussalam Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School experienced significant development. This development demands a means to speed up performance and facilitate the administration of santri, particularly the administration of monthly payments. Therefore, it is necessary to have an administrative information system for students that can record, process, and produce a fast administrative information system. The proposed system is built on a web basis through several stages, namely needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the Black Box method. The development of this Santri Data Management Information System can provide solutions to existing problems by referring to the design process that has been carried out previously, so that this application can help in the data collection process for newly entered santri and data management for students registered at the Miftahussalam Islamic Boarding School.
