Abstract
ABSTRACT Employee Payroll Information System is a system built to facilitate the implementation of inputting employee salary data accurately by computerizing the whole or some parts of the process accompanied by control over the computerized system. This can support the smooth running of activities in companies or agencies in daily activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the employee's payroll information system that has been implemented by Hotel Plaza Purworejo has adequate internal controls. Employee payroll requires a precise mechanism and organized arrangement so that data can be properly packaged and secured by utilizing technological facilities in processing data that were initially processed manually converted to a computerized system that simplifies the process of filling and searching for data stored in the database.
