Abstract
ABSTRACT Asset management is a company asset (wealth) manager to monitor and calculate and utilize it optimally. The function of asset management itself is to provide information on the overall course of assets, including the total assets and costs, utilization, condition and maintenance of assets and storage locations. Hospitality is a business entity that provides lodging services that provide various facilities that are needed by these service users. In the process of managing asset data in this hotel, mistakes often occur, and the required results take a long time. The core problem in the business process in this hotel is the unavailability of information technology in asset data management, so that it cannot evaluate and control every asset request, transfer and application of asset service. In providing information about routine reports or reports related to assets, data inaccuracies often occur. This resulted in an ineffective asset data management process. To solve this problem, a website-based asset management information system was created. The system development method used is the waterfall method and is modeled by flowmaps, context diagrams and DAD (Data Flow Diagrams). The result of developing this system is the existence of a computerized system that is systematic and able to simplify the process of managing assets at the Hotel Jogja Inn.
