Abstract
ABSTRACT Currently, a computer network is much more, providing easiness to access various resources within the network. The user requires many services to support its activities, such as storing data for community to use computer technology to carry out all kinds of activities. Usually, internet users storing essential data must rely on third parties' cloud services, which is very risky because we don't know our data is safe. Because the owner of the service controls, besides not necessarily safe, the price to rent these services is also high. In overcoming some of these problems, this study designed a NAS server that can be accessed using a public network because usually NAS servers can only be accessed using a local network.
