Abstract
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is a state-owned financial institution that provides services to the public in the form of lending and providing other services in the financial sector. One of the credit facilities is KUR. KUR itself is a productive business financing with a micro business segment, a small business with a maximum ceiling of IDR 25 million. The crediting system is the procedure used in granting credit. Based on the people's business credit system, the focus is on the KUR System and Procedure. This system aims to provide procedures related to people's business credit. In making credit, there is a flow of procedures which includes, credit application, credit analysis, credit decision, and credit disbursement. The system and procedure for giving people's business credit aims to provide a clear picture of the implementation of the system and procedures for providing people's business credit that are implemented by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cik Ditiro Branch Office.
