Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of administrative systems and procedures and accountability of treasurers in cash disbursements in Seyegan District, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. In Seyegan District, the expenditure administration procedures consisted of Inventory Money Administration, Inventory Money Change Administration, Direct Expenditure Administration. This expenditure administration procedure should be carried out in an orderly manner and in compliance with applicable regulations. However, in the implementation of administration in Seyegan District, there are still some that are not in accordance with the applicable regulations. So that it resulted in the accumulation of work at one time, the ignorance of the responsible official of the submission of a Payment Application Letter and the spending made. The implementation of procedures for cash disbursement of supply money and money compensation in Seyegan District according to applicable regulations can prevent misuse of funds and the resulting financial reports can be accounted for and used properly.
