Abstract
ABSTRACT Dukuh Timbulrejo is a small hamlet located on the outskirts of the city of Klaten. Access to the hamlet arisingrejo is very easy to reach by vehicle because the hamlet is located near a major highway. The proximity of access to the main road has made many enthusiasts want to live in this hamlet because it is close to big cities such as Yogya and Solo. The large number of new residents entering arangrejo made it difficult to record the position of the residents' houses. In addition to the difficult location of the house, residents who live for a long time arise, also have difficulty getting to know each other's names. On the village routine agenda, such as monthly meetings, residents also find it difficult to distribute invitations. Initially, the population agenda and population data collection still used a book. Sometimes I still have trouble finding files and often lose them. From the description of the problem, it can be concluded that the hamlet of ariserejo needs a system that is very helpful in organizing the village routine agenda, finding home addresses and registering new and old residents.
