Abstract
ABSTRACT Umai hair beauty & spa is a business venture that focuses on beauty services. So far, orders by Umai hair beauty & spa customers have had problems. The obstacles include the customer having to come to Umai hair beauty & spa to make an order so that the customer feels the loss of time and transportation costs. Often times, customers are disappointed after arriving at that place. It turns out that the service schedule for that day is already full. User Centered Design (UCD) is a design philosophy that places the user at the center of a systems development process. Techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help design interactive systems are built on the basis of user experience. UCD is translating human participation and experience into designs. The purpose of writing in making this final project is to design an android application for ordering services using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, so that ordering services is more effective and efficient.
