Abstract
ABSTRACT Database technology and computer networks that are growing rapidly today can make a company improve its performance and productivity, especially for companies that have subsidiary branches such as UD SENTOSA. UD. SENTOSA is a building material sales business agency that distributes to various cities in Central Java. UD. SENTOSA has two shops, the main store is UD. SENTOSA Petarukan, while the branch store is UD. SENTOSA Pemalang. UD. SENTOSA Lancar does not yet have distributed database technology. Implementation of distributed databases in the Goods Sales Information System using the Homogenous Distributed Database System. Implementation using two servers, one server, namely UD. SENTOSA Pemalang and UD. SENTOSA Petarukan as a backup server from other servers. Keywords: database, distributed database, Homogeneous Distributed Database System.
