Abstract
ABSTRACT The Blood Donation Unit of PMI Kebumen Regency has not used a computer-based information system in donation data management activities or is still conventional, causing administrative employees to experience difficulties, especially in presenting blood donor data reports, blood filter test reports and blood procurement and discharge reports. For that we need an information system that can assist in operational activities. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system application that can help increase time and cost efficiency in the processing of blood donor data. The methodology used in writing this thesis is the method of analysis, data collection methods, system design methods. The analysis method is to analyze the need for a blood donation management information system at UDD PMI Kebumen Regency. The design method is used to design a system so that data can be processed quickly and presented in the form of information so that it can speed up the data processing process. Application development is done using PHP and MySQL database. Thus, the existence of this Blood Donation Management Information System Application can assist the administration in processing blood donor data and producing reports effectively and efficiently.
