Abstract
ABSTRACT New Citra is a hotel that serves hotel room reservations and contains all information about hotel facilities which later if this research is successful can help facilitate marketing services and hotel room reservations to the wider community and easier booking transactions so that the customer does not have to come to New Citra and make it easier hotel reservation clerk in making monthly reports. So far, the process of ordering and transactions is still by means of bookkeeping so that it is deemed less effective and efficient. In this research, the Hotel Reservation Design will be built at the New Citra Kulon Progo Hotel to facilitate the dissemination of information, hotel room reservations and automatic payments as well as the Real Time Php chat application feature. In system development, system development tools will be used such as flowcharts, ERD (Entitiy Relationship Diagram), and using a web programming language using the MySql database. Techniques in data collection using field studies consisting of direct observation (observation) and interviews and literature study.
