Abstract
ABSTRACT PT. Idea Cipta Nusa is a form of business entity engaged in construction and real estate in Yogyakarta. Disseminating information about the availability of several services and products at PT. Idea Cipta Nusa is carried out on several marketplace and social media platforms. Of course, the dissemination of information on services and products on these platforms has not been maximal. Some prospective customers do not get complete information such as the availability of plot units, reviews from consumers who have transacted and payment schemes. Therefore we need a web application that contains information on land products available at PT. Idea Cipta Nusa. Complete information regarding specifications and how to pay for the product is based on the location of the project to be proposed. The results of the web show that in addition to making transactions and knowing complete information regarding payment methods and other promotions, there are reviews that have been given from consumers who have transacted. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for consumers and employees to access it. The software used in building this application is PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, Atom Text Editor as a support.
