Abstract
ABSTRACT The web-based ticket reservation information system is an information system where organizations can offer event tickets to potential participants via the website, if the organization gets a message, the prospective participant immediately continues the order and enters the details of the order on the website and also information on participants who will take part in the event. After that the customer can make a payment. For this reason, organizations need media that can help market tickets to the general public or potential participants. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build a system that is able to market the tickets and many people can distribute them because the more people distribute them, the sooner the information on the relevant event can be widely known by the public. This Ticket Booking Information System is a website-based system, built using the HTML programming language, PHP and MySQL as a database. This system is able to further assist the organization in introducing events in the form or in other words, obstacles.
