Abstract
ABSTRACT CV.Wibowo Mandiri is a company engaged in electronics, namely service providers and electronic spare parts. In general, the need for and consumption of electronic goods is increasing sharply. Electronic devices such as washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and others are also common among the middle and upper class. Every electronic item will definitely experience damage caused by various factors such as human factors or natural disasters. To overcome this, the role of an electronic service provider is needed. So from this problem, CV. Wibowo Mandiri built a web-based information system and ordering services for electronic goods where this system will make it easier for customers. Business activities are now adapting to making transactions via online. Transactions through this method are now very popular with customers because they are very easy, efficient and tend to be cheaper. In this case the author is inspired to make it easier to order website-based electronic goods services. Through the service ordering website, customers will be facilitated by simply entering their personal data completely and correctly. This electronic goods service is expected to make it easier for customers. Inventory of goods in the process of selling goods is very important so that the objectives of the sale can be achieved. Inventory of goods must meet customer demand which can change at any time according to need. If the amount of demand is large, the stock or supply must also be large and if the quantity demanded is small, the stock must also be small. This is done to save on storage and ordering costs. When customer demand for goods increases, the inventory will actually experience a shortage of stock, this is because there is no good inventory system. With this website, the admin can control the stock of goods in the warehouse. So that the inventory of goods can be controlled properly. Keywords: Service, electronic goods, ordering, website.
