Abstract

ABSTRACT Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ciamis or RSUD is a hospital managed by the Ciamis Regency Government and is classified as a class C hospital. Currently Ciamis Hospital has a patient registration system and the availability of web-based inpatient rooms that are able to manage patient data. . However, information regarding the availability of inpatient rooms cannot yet be accessed by the outside community. This information can only be accessed by the internal party of the hospital because the admin program has not been able to stream information on the status of room availability (check-in or check-out) directly to the user or patient program. With the waterfall research method, the author aims to develop a Patient Registration System and the Availability of Inpatient Rooms into an Android-based application so that information about the availability of inpatient rooms becomes transparent to the user's eyes. This system has an algorithm for reducing the number of empty beds, when the patient is using the inpatient room or the patient data in the payment table is deleted, and an algorithm for increasing the number of empty beds, when the patient data in the inpatient table is deleted or the patient has paid the hospitalization fee, the cost of action and fees drug.
