Abstract
ABSTRACT SMK Latanro has difficulty managing student data both in provision, attendance, recording and storage. These things are done conventionally, causing data processing to be late and also making it difficult for teachers to find student data, requests, attendance and print report cards. In data collection, the author needs time and effort to process data that is still in paper form. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can provide added value and attendance at SMK Latanro Enrekang by using web programming to speed up the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail archives. The data collection methods used were observation and interview methods. For the system model, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and context diagrams are used. The software used by MySql as a database server, Apache as a web server, Sublime Text 3 for PHP and HTML programming languages, and Bootstrap as a framework. The result of this program is the existence of a system that makes it easier for teachers to process student data both in terms of costs, attendance, and recording. Carry out a data search process that serves to facilitate data search. Current management is stored in a database and stored in digital files, making reporting and checking easier.
