Abstract
ABSTRACT Achie PetSop & Clinic has a grooming service ordering system that is used to make it easier for customers to order grooming services and make it easier for owners to manage their grooming services. However, transactions still use the transfer system to the owner's bank account, which then confirms the payment by sending the transfer proof manually, then the admin confirms the order after receiving confirmation of the payment. So that the transaction process of the order runs long and does not make it easier for customers or admins. This study aims to simplify and speed up the payment process and benefit both owners and customers. The business process in this system is described in the form of a use case diagram, which is something that describes the relationship between actors and the system and the system workflow with database modeling using UML. The development of this system uses the Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with Codeigniter as the framework, Bootstrap as a framework for HTML and CSS and uses the MySQL database according to previous research and uses the Midtrans API for payment gateways.
