Abstract

ABSTRACT The Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA) Sleman Yogyakarta is an agency or institution engaged in the process of managing conservation areas. BKSDA is also responsible for supervising and monitoring the circulation of protected flora and fauna in its territory, including monitoring the efforts of captive breeding and maintenance of protected flora and fauna by individuals, companies and related conservation institutions. The process of obtaining information on the distribution of plants (flora) is still done manually, this has resulted in frequent errors in obtaining information on the spread of plants (flora). As a solution to the problem, the writer makes a program application that can assist in the process of obtaining information on the spread of plants (flora) so that it is faster and more effective. The process carried out in the program is that the admin inputs plant data (flora), locations, maps, and news. After that, the data is processed and displayed on the front end of the website. The results of the research were in the form of a management system for the distribution of plants (flora) at the Yogyakarta Special Region Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA) which was implemented using NoSQL technology, namely DBMS MongoDB as a data storage medium, PHP programming language, and the tools used were Visual Studio Code and Systems. Geographical Information (GIS) based on Google API. Where this system can be implemented more easily and produces information about the spread of plants (flora) that is faster, more precise and accurate.
