Abstract

ABSTRACT Project development scheduling must be calculated and arranged in such a way, both in terms of time and cost in order to achieve maximum results. Sometimes the project cannot be completed according to the desired target. Some unexpected things happened during the project, such as landslides, floods and heavy rains. One of the efficiency measures taken is to accelerate. In accelerating, the time, cost and quality factors must be considered in order to obtain the optimum time, optimum cost and quality according to the desired standard. Every construction project always begins with a planning process. Scheduling planning is intended so that the execution of work becomes efficient and effective so that problems do not occur due to delays in work due to poor planning. The problem faced in this project is how to plan a project schedule so that the project can be completed more efficiently and effectively. During a pandemic like this it is very difficult for several parties to monitor the project to the location. For this reason, the information system created by the author makes it easier for all parties to monitor ongoing projects. Meanwhile, the owner of CV.
