Abstract
BAB IV ABSTRACT In every company carrying out business activities, financial management plays an important role in supporting company activities. Of course, supported by growing computer technology, the process of financial transactions in companies is becoming more effective and efficient. SPM Car Showroom Car is a private company that is engaged in providing automotive services that provides a variety of used cars, and accepts orders from customers. The financial management process at SPM Car has not been structured. Thus, researchers designed and built a financial management system in a car showroom with system design using Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), and database design using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study to identify and analyze problems in the ongoing process. With the existence of a Financial Management System, the results are expected to assist in recording income and sales income and loss journals, and help minimize losses before car procurement and purchase.
