Abstract
ABSTRACT Evaluation of honorary teachers is a common activity in high school or vocational schools. This is useful for knowing the results of teaching honorary teachers to their students. Assessment, evaluation, and awarding can be done to spur the performance of teachers in the teaching and learning process so as to improve teacher achievement. the assessment is carried out to obtain honorarium teachers who excel who will then be appointed as permanent teachers. In determining the sequence of permanent teacher appointments, subjective assessments often arise from decision makers so that there are problems and this makes it difficult to determine prospective teachers. To determine teacher recommendations, the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method can still be used. The WASPAS method can be used to rank honorarium teachers who excel with predetermined criteria. Keywords: Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), Teacher Fixed, Decision Support System.
