Abstract

ABSTRACT PT.Wahana Kasih Mulia is a textile and garment company located in Kedungreja District, Cilacap Regency. This company is engaged in business. From the progress that has made many changes, PT Wahana Kasih Mulia is required to recruit new employees to further improve performance results. Therefore, the implementation of the analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) method for recruitment selection based on web-based personality is widely used in various fields because it is able to provide solutions to a problem. This system plays an important role as a decision maker because the system only provides alternative decisions. Human resources, namely employees are an important part of a company. HRD (human resource department) needs to make decisions in the company because it is an important part of getting prospective employees. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a decision support model that describes a complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problem into a hierarchy. To solve the above problems, the authors conducted this research in order to make it easier to collect data on prospective employees and be able to carry out systematic selection tests. The system carried out by researchers using the web-based AHP method. The system is designed using the PHP programming language and the web application used is a codeigniter framework.
