Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to facilitate cooperative employees and cooperative customers to carry out savings and loan transactions. The case study of this research is KUD Subur Semin Yogyakarta. The current system still has many shortcomings, including data inconsistencies that can cause data duplication. Searching for data takes a long time because it still uses conventional systems and data security is still not guaranteed. To improve performance in the loan process and the savings process at the Subur Village Unit Cooperative, a savings and loan application was created so that the savings and loan process would be faster, more precise, and accurate. The business process in this system is depicted in the form of an activity diagram which is something that describes the various activity flows in the system being designed, how each flow starts, the decisions that may occur, and how the business process or system ends. Making this system using the Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) programming language and using the MySQL database.
