Abstract

ABSTRACT Ayasha Hijab House is a company engaged in the production of hijab and Muslim clothing. Previously, the shop only sold at home but now it has 2 branches in Yogyakarta. With the increase in customers and the opening of branches, management requires management system to manage all the needs and operational needs of the company, especially in database management. Each branch requires a database for the documentation process. However, the absence of a database that is connected between the branch database and the central database which is integrated with each other and the differences in goods data processing applications used by each branch store have caused the slow process of updating data from the branch store to the central store. Therefore all data from the branches is stored in one central database. The distribution process is carried out in real time. To solve the database storage in the central store, the database will be divided into two, namely the master database and the slave database using the synchronous replication method. Where the database in the master database will be replicated into the slave database to solve any problems with the master database. So that the data distribution process between the branch store and the central store can be well integrated and the central database can be replicated to store all data on other storage media. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative research in which the researcher interacts directly with the object under study. The results of this study are the implementation of a distributed database on a sales system with synchronous replication using Java and MySQL, which can replicate data in real time from the master database to the slave database so that it can provide consistent data recovery because data synchronization is maintained. Keywords: Database, Synchronous Replication, Distribution.
