Abstract
ABSTRACT Laundry Anggrek is a business that is engaged in laundry services by providing various services such as wet packages (standard, double soap, double deodorizer, double soap plus fragrance) and dry packages (fold and without folding). The transaction management system that runs in the laundry still uses manual recording which is very vulnerable to manipulation and data loss. To find out their income, the laundry must also collect all laundry notes and count them one by one so that it takes a relatively long time and there is a big possibility of calculating errors. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the laundry owner to see the incoming order data reports both per day and monthly and to assist customers in obtaining laundry information. This application is created using web technology for data retrieval on the server and Android Studio in developing the application. This application is also equipped with a push notification that will make it easier for customers to get information about finished laundry that appears on the smartphone screen automatically and tracking, where customers can see the extent of the laundry process.
