Abstract
ABSTRACT PT. Koperkasa Mitra Abadi is a business unit of KOPERKASA that provides service providers in the fields of catering, outsourcing, and used goods management. Based on the analysis carried out, the management of used goods transaction data is still carried out with a conventional system, namely manual recording on paper so that problems are often found such as errors in recording the number of incoming and outgoing goods, mismatch between sales and purchase transaction data and the number of goods entering and leaving in warehouses, the slow pace in determining the inventory of goods that have run out, as well as the reporting of inventory data are constrained. Based on these problems, this study aims to build an inventory monitoring system that can help PT. Koperkasa Mitra Abadi in managing stock of goods in the warehouse to be more effective and speed up the process of reporting inventory. This system is built using the PHP programming language with the MySQL database. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the system created can monitor incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as well as real-time inventory calculations, and determine the minimum limit of inventory.
