Abstract
ABSTRACT Agricultural products are one of the most important commodities in Indonesia because this country has long been known as an agricultural country where most of its people rely on agricultural products as a resource to meet their daily needs. To sell and market agricultural products, farmers must market their products to conventional markets or use social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. While transactions are carried out by means of COD (Cash on Delivery) or by bank transfer via ATM, the mobile banking Marketplace which has been present in Indonesia still does not represent transaction needs because the components of the transaction are deemed not meeting the expected specifications. Prospective customers, of course, want simple procedures for transactions. To overcome this, a marketplace system was created with a payment gateway transaction feature using Midtrans. With this feature, transaction processing can be done quickly and in a short time. Products that have been verified for payment can be sent directly to the buyer. The result of this research is a marketplace system for agricultural products using the Midtrans payment gateway as an electronic payment service provider and as a system to automatically verify payments.
