Abstract
ABSTRAK Kota Baubau merupakan sebuah kota yang kecil yang memiliki potensi daerah sebagai kota parawisata. Benteng kraton Buton mendapatkan penghargaan dari Museum Rekor Muri (MURi) dan Guiness Book Record sebagai banteng terluas di dunia dengan luas sekitar 23.375 Hektar. Yang di keluarkan pada bulan Desember tahun 2006. Dan kota Baubau memiliki berbagai wisata pantai yang telah di kenal di berbagai belahan nusantara. Kota ini juga memiliki sebuah Bandar udara Domestik kelas III, sebagai akses pintu masuk wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Yang terletak di Jl.Dayanu Iksanuddin, Kel. Katobengke kec. Betoambari Kota Baubau, Selawesi Tenggara. Bandar Udara Betoambari Baubau melakukan redesain bangunan, yang di latar belakangi mobilitas dalam Bandar udara yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, serta fasilitas yang di sediakan pihak Bandar udara sudah tidak dapat menampung segala kegiatan pada jam sibuk Bandar udara. Bandar udara Betoambari Baubau memiliki luas site sekitar 124.461 Hektar. Dan site pengembangan memiliki luas sekitar 66.021 Hektar untuk meredesain Bandar udara. Permasalahan umum Bandar Udara Betoambari Baubau ialah meningkat mobilitas setip tahunnya. Sedangkan permasalahan khususnya ialah fasilitas yang di sediakan pihak Bandar udara sudah tidak sesuai dengan standar Bandar udara Domestik. Sehingga Bandar udara ini memiliki identifikasi permasalahan, bagaimana meredesain Bandar Udara Betoambari Baubau dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Kontemporer sebagai aspirasi desain yang dapat menampung segala aktifitas, fasilitas dan menjadi identitas kota yang berkembang. Dengan menggunakan motede perancangan menganalisis program ruang serta kondisi site. Menganalisis program ruang berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan aktifitas pengguna serta menganalisis kondisi site agar desain yang rancang dapat menjadi identitas kota berkembang. Penyelesain mermasalahan mengguankan pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer yang menjadikan Banda Udara Betoambari Baubau sebagai identitas kota berkembang. Kata Kunci: Bandar Udara, Baubau, Arsitektur Kontemporer ABSTRACT Baubau City is a small city that has regional potential as a tourist city. Buton palace fortress received an award from the Muri Record Museum (MURi) and the Guinness Book Record as the largest bull in the world with an area of around 23,375 hectares which was issued in December 2006. The city of Baubau has a variety of beach tours that are well known in various parts of the archipelago. This city also has a Class III Domestic Airport, as an access point for local and foreign tourists. Which is located on Jalan Dayanu Iksanuddin, Kelurahan Katobengke, District of Betoambari, City of Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi. Betoambari Baubau Airport is redesigning the building, which is against the background of mobility within the airport which continues to increase every year, and the facilities provided by the airport are no longer able to accommodate all activities during airport rush hours. Betoambari Baubau Airport has a site area of approximately 124,461 hectares and the development site has an area of approximately 66,021 hectares to redesign the airport. A common problem at Betoambari Baubau Airport is increasing mobility every year. While the particular problem is that the facilities provided by the airport are not in accordance with Domestic Airport standards. So that this airport has an identification of problems, how to redesign Betoambari Baubau Airport with a Contemporary Architecture approach as a design aspiration that can accommodate all activities, facilities and become the identity of a developing city using design methods to analyze spatial programs and site conditions. Analyzing the space program serves to meet the needs and activities of the user and analyzes the site conditions so that the design can become the identity of a developing city.
