Abstract
Kabupaten Blora juga memiliki banyak potensi dari masyarakatnya yang perlu diwadahi. Dominasi oleh potensi dari pemudanya, dari adanya minat pemuda dari mulai minat dalam olahraga, kesenian, pertanian, dan perkebunan hingga pendidikan. Potensi yang sedang dikembangkan dari potensi minat pemuda adalah pengembangan sirkuit balap motor. Didukung dari keberadaan sarana Sirkuit di Eks lapangan golf tersebut, yang berlokasi di Jalan Agil Kusumadya, Kelurahan Kunden, Blora. Pada awalnya, lahan seluas 12 hektar ini berfungsi sebagai lapangan golf milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora. Namun, lapangan yang termasuk ke dalam ruang terbuka hijau kawasan perkotaan ini berangsur-angsur mulai jarang digunakan sesuai fungsinya. Pengembangan Kawasan Eks lapangan golf tersebut kemudian ditindak lanjut oleh pemerintah. Pengembangan ini diarahkan kepada seluruh lahan eks lapangan tersebut menjadi arena rekreasi Blora. Area rekreasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi daya tarik wisata di Blora sehingga keberadaan arena olahraga dan ruang terbuka hijau yang kemudian difungsikan wisata tersebut dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Potensi memberikan peluang besar untuk memajukan daerah dan menaikan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Namun potensi tersebut memerlukan ruang, sebuah ruang yang di gunakan untuk mengembangkan potensi masyarakat Blora. Selain potensi, Blora dituntut untuk menyediakan ruang terbuka hijau. Diharap dapat juga menjadi sebuah ruang untuk rekreasi. Hal ini memunculkan ide untuk membuat Blora Eco-Pak atau BE-Park dengan manfaaatkan pengembangan kawasan berkonsep lingkungan. Blora Eco Park merupakan suatu kawasan yang digunakan sebagai tempat untuk wisata berbasis ekowisata. Pendekatan konsep yang ditekankan untuk adalah pendekatan konsep desain ecological architecture. Pendekatan ini, diharapkan menghasilkan konsep rancangan arsitektur yang ramah lingkungan, menggunakan energi yang efisien, memanfaatan sumber daya alam yang tidak dapat diperbarui, dan penekanan penggunaan sumber daya alam yang dapat diperbarui dengan daur ulang. Domination by the potential of the youth, from interests in sports, arts, agriculture and plantations to education. The potential that is being developed from the potential of youth interest is the development of motor racing circuits. Supported by the existence of a circuit facility in the former golf course, which is located on Jalan Agil Kusumadya, Kunden Village, Blora. Initially, this 12 hectare land served as a golf course owned by the Blora Regency Government. However, the field which is included in the green open space of this urban area is gradually being used less and less according to its function. The development of the former golf course area was then followed up by the government. This development is directed to the entire former field land to become the Blora recreational arena. It is hoped that the recreation area can become a tourist attraction in Blora so that the existence of a sports arena and green open space which then functions as tourism can improve the economy of the local community. The potential provides a great opportunity to advance the region and improve the welfare of its people. However, this potential requires space, a space that is used to develop the potential of the Blora community. Apart from potential, Blora is required to provide green open space. It is hoped that it can also become a space for recreation. This led to the idea of creating Blora Eco-Park or BE-Park by taking advantage of the development of an environmental concept area. Blora Eco Park is an area that is used as a place for ecotourism-based tourism. The conceptual approach that is emphasized is the ecological architecture design concept approach. This approach is expected to produce an architectural design concept that is environmentally friendly, uses energy efficiently, utilizes non-renewable natural resources, and emphasizes the use of natural resources that can be renewed by recycling.
