Abstract
ABSTRAK Stadion adalah ruang terbuka yang luas dan merupakan bangunan untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan pertandingan sepak bola dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas untuk menunjang kegiatan. Stadion Batoro Katong merupakan stadion kebanggaan satu-satunya masyarakat Kabupaten Ponorogo. Keberadaan stadion sendiri di daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo belum dapat menampung animo masyarakat yang besar untuk memberikan dukungan kepada klub kesebelasan PERSEPON. Animo yang besar dari eksistensi sepak bola akan membangkitkan identitas dan menyatukan masyarakat Ponorogo. Redesain stadion Batoro Katong bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sepak bola profesional dengan fasilitas utama dan fasilitas pelengkap yang sesuai dengan standar tipe B. Stadion ini juga merupakan social public space dengan menyediakan fasilitas olahraga outdoor untuk umum yang diharapkan mampu mewadahi kegiatan olahraga masyarakat Kabupaten Ponorogo, seperti fasilitas lapangan sepak bola skala kecil untuk latihan dan jogging track. Konsep redesain stadion Batoro Katong memilih tema Arsitektur Kontekstual merupakan konsep perancangan stadion untuk mendapatkan solusi dari masalah-masalah yang tejadi pada stadion. Konsep Arsitektur kontekstual akan diterapkan pada bangunan stadion maupun fasilitas penunjang stadion. Konsep ini memadukan budaya asli Kabupaten Ponorogo yaitu Reog dalam perancangan bangunan. Keberadaan sebuah stadion sepak bola yang membangkitkan citra kota sangat diperlukan pada Kabupaten Ponorogo. Redesain stadion Batoro Katong diharapkan akan menjadi ikon Kabupaten Ponorogo, serta sebagai wadah untuk mengasah kemampuan, dan membina atlit muda di bidang olahraga yaitu sepak bola, agar bisa berprestrasi lebih baik kedepannya. Kata kunci: Redesain, Stadion Batoro Katong, Arsitektur Kontekstual Stadium is a large open space and is a building for holding football match activities equipped with various facilities to support such activities. Batoro Katong Stadium is the only stadium in Ponorogo Regency and the pride of its people. The existence of the stadium itself in Ponorogo Regency area has not been able to accommodate the great public interest in providing support to PERSEPON football team club. The great interest from the existence of football club will evoke the identity and unite the people of Ponorogo. The redesign of Batoro Katong stadium aimed to meet the needs of professional football with main facilities and complementary facilities in accordance with type B standards. This stadium is also a social public space by providing outdoor sports facilities for the public which are expected to be able to accommodate the sports activities of the people of Ponorogo Regency, such as small-scale football field facilities for training and a jogging track. The concept of redesigning Batoro Katong stadium chose the theme of Contextual Architecture, which is a stadium design concept to find solutions to problems occurred in the stadium. The concept of contextual architecture would be applied to the stadium building and stadium supporting facilities. This concept combined the original culture of Ponorogo Regency, namely Reog, in building design. The existence of a football stadium that evokes the image of the city is needed in Ponorogo Regency. It is hoped that the redesign of Batoro Katong stadium will become an icon of Ponorogo Regency, as well as a place to hone skills and foster young athletes in the field of sports, namely football, so that they can achieve more in the future.
