Abstract
Vertikal Co-Housing ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pekerja pusat IT Piyungan yang berasal dari luar daerah. Pentingnya memfasilitaskan pekerja yang berasala dari luar Yogyakarta dikarenakan permukiman masih bersifat pedesaan dan kurangnya fasilitas yang mewadahi para pekerja IT. Mengingat kebutuhan manusa sebagai mahluk sosial. Hal ini yang mendasari ide untuk mendesain hunian yang berbasis Co-Housing dengan konsep arsitektur berkelanjutan sehingga bangunan ini mampu menjadi solusi atau alternative hunian atau perumahan bagi masyakat. Yaitu pembangunan yang minimal dapat mempertahankan karakteristik daerah setempat, namun akan lebih baik lagi apabila dari pembangunan tersebut meningkatkan status atau keadaan sosial daerah setempat. Metode yang digunakan ialah dengan pengumpulan data dan observasi, maka terbentuklah kesimpulan Perancangan Vertikal Co-Housing untuk pekerja IT Piyungan dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Berkelanjutan, Co Housing, Permukiman, Pekerja IT Vertical co-housing aims to facilitate IT workers in Piyungan who come from outside. It is necessary to facilitate them, considering that the settlement is still in a rural area, which is lack of facilities to accommodate the IT workers. Additionally, we also consider the human needs as social beings. Based on this current situation, the researcher designs a co-housing-based settlement by applying sustainable artchitecture concept so that this building is able to give solution or alternative of settlement for the community. The development can at least maintain the characteristics of the local area. However, it would be even better if the development improves the status or social condition of the local area. The method used was data collection and observation. Based on the data, the researcher obtained a Vertical Co-Housing Design for IT workers in Piyungan by using Sustainable Architecture approach.
