Abstract
ABSTRAK PT Pekebunan Nusantara XI PG Pagottan Madiun memiliki sebanyak 725 orang pekerja, Bedasarkan observasi kecelakaan kerja pada tanggal 10 Februari 2020 - 16 Maret 2020 ditemukan sebanyak 6 kecelakaan kerja. Tercatar 1 kali terjadi kecelakaan kerja pada bagian Bagging, 1 kali terjadi kecelakaan kerja pada St. Pemurnian, 3 kali kerjadi kecelakaan kerja pada St. Masakan, dan 1 kali terjadi kecelakaan kerja pada St.Penguapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan maupun usulan perbaikan yang terdapat pada Bagian Pengolahan PT Perkebunan Nusantasa XI PG Pagottan Madiun. Metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinan terjadinya potensi bahaya dalam meminimalkan terjadinya potensi bahaya. Melalui pengolahan data menggunakan analisis penilaian risiko kecelakaan kerja, Penilaian tingkat Likelyhood, Penilaian tingkat Severity, Di dapatkan hasil tingkat risiko pada bagian Bagging mendapat nilai 2 (Rendah), Tingkat risiko pada St. Pemurnian mendapat nilai 2 (Rendah), Tingkat risiko pada St. Penguapan mendapat nilai 2 (Rendah), Tingkat risiko pada St. Masakan mendapat nilai 2 (Rendah). Kata Kunci: Kecelakaan, bahaya, risiko, Hazard and Operability Study. ABSTRACT PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI PG Pagottan Madiun has 725 workers. Based on observations of work accidents on February 10, 2020 - March 16, 2020, 6 work accidents were found. There was recorded 1 time a work accident at the Bagging section, 1 time a work accident occurred at the Purification Station, 3 times a work accident occurred at the Cooking Station, and 1 time there was a work accident at the Evaporation Station. This study aims to determine the potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvements and improvement proposals contained in the Processing Section of PT Perkebunan Nusantasa XI PG Pagottan Madiun. The Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method can be used to identify the possibility of potential hazards in minimizing the occurrence of potential hazards. Through data processing using work accident risk assessment analysis, Likelyhood level assessment, Severity level assessment, the results of the risk level in the Bagging section get a score of 2 (Low), the risk level at Purification Station scores a score of 2 (Low), the risk level at Evaporation Station gets a score of 2 (Low), the level of risk at Cuisine Station gets a score of 2 (Low).
