Abstract
ABSTRAK Industri peternakan ayam petelur merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang akan terus berkembang terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani, Namun demikian usaha peternakan ayam petelur masih sangat fluktuaktif harganya karena komponen komponen yang mendukung proses produksinya sangat bergantung pada faktor produksi lainnya seperti tempat, obat-obatan dan pakan. Pada usaha ini pelaku usaha memulai dengan 200 ekor bibit ayam atau doc dengan harga Rp 2.000.000, dan biaya investasi Rp 13,601.000 di dukung dengan biaya operasi Rp 10.477.000. Berdasarkan analisis finansial terlihat bahwa usaha ayam petelur ini mendapatkan hasil NPV sebesar Rp43.661.484.51,- dengan IRR 87% dan Net B/C Ratio 1,277056104 dalam 12 periode, PBP 3,151624896 artinya tingkat pengembalian modal investasi pada usia usaha 1 tahun, waktu pengembalian yang rendah maka pengembangan bisnis ini layak untuk dijalankan dari hasil analisis keseluruhan tersebut pada Net B/C Ratio <1. Ditinjau dari aspek finansial, usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur di Singosari layak untuk dilakukan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai NPV Rp 43.661.484.51, IRR 87%, BCR 1,27, dan PBP 3,15. Maka usaha dan lokasi peternakan di singosari malang tersebut layak untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat pengembangan peternakan ayam ras petelor. However, the business of laying hens is still very volatile in price because the components that support the production process are highly dependent on other production factors such as place, medicine and feed. . In this business, the business actor starts with 200 chickens or docs at a price of Rp.2,000,000, and an investment cost of Rp.13,601,000 is supported by operating costs of Rp.10,477,000. Based on the financial analysis, it can be seen that this laying hen business got an NPV of IDR 43,661,484.51 with an IRR of 87% and a Net B / C Ratio of 1.277056104 in 12 periods, PBP 3.151624896 means the rate of return on investment in business age 1 years, the payback period is low, so this business development is feasible to run from the results of the overall analysis at Net B / C Ratio <1. Viewed from the financial aspect, the business of laying broilers in Singosari is feasible, as indicated by the NPV value of IDR 43,661,484.51, IRR 87%, BCR 1.27, and PBP 3.15. So the business and the location of the farm in Malang Singosari are feasible to be used as a place to develop layer breeding chickens.
